Privacy policy

TB Defense respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website, how we use it, who handles it for us, and the choices you have. Discretion is central to our work, and we handle the information you share with the same care.

What we collect

When you submit the consultation form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, how soon you need help, the service you are interested in, and any message you write. With each submission we also record the page you sent it from, the address of the page that referred you (if your browser provides it), and the country your connection appears to come from, which our web host works out from your IP address. The form also carries a few technical signals used only to screen out spam and automated submissions, such as a hidden field that people do not see, the time the page was loaded, and the result of a bot check.

If you apply for a job through our Careers page, the application form is provided by Airtable, and we receive the information you enter in it.

Our web host may also record standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, assess what your situation calls for, and deliver any services you engage us for. We use the page, referrer, country, and spam signals to tell genuine inquiries from spam and to see where an inquiry came from. We use job applications to consider you for work with us. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it

We use a small number of service providers to run this site and its forms. They handle your information on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare hosts this site and runs the code that receives consultation form submissions. Cloudflare Turnstile, the bot check on the form, may process your IP address and details about your browser to confirm that a person is submitting it.
  • Airtable keeps a log of consultation form submissions, including submissions our filters mark as spam or sales solicitations, so that genuine inquiries are not lost and can be reviewed. Airtable also hosts our job application form and stores the applications submitted through it.
  • Resend, an email delivery provider, sends genuine inquiries by email to TB Defense staff.

Each provider has its own privacy policy. We share information beyond the firm only where it is necessary to provide a service you have requested, or where the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use it, such as which pages are read and how people arrive. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and shares information with Google, including your IP address, the pages you view, and general details about your device and browser. We use this only in aggregate, to improve the site. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not combine it with the information you send us through the consultation form.

Analytics is off until you agree to it. When you first visit, a banner asks whether to accept or reject analytics cookies. If you reject, or simply ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google at all. If you accept, you can change your mind at any time using the link in the footer of every page; rejecting also deletes the analytics cookies already stored in your browser.

Cookies strictly necessary to operate and secure the site may be set by our web host regardless of this choice. These do not track you across sites. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do. Google explains its own handling of this data in the Google Privacy Policy.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept as business records in our Airtable log and in staff email. We keep inquiries, job applications, and client information for as long as needed to respond, to provide services, and to meet our legal and professional obligations. You can ask us to delete a submission at any time, as described below.

Your choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we are required to retain. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

Begin confidentially

Have a question we can answer in confidence?

If you are weighing protection for yourself, your family, or your company, a short conversation will tell you more than a brochure. We treat consultations as confidential.

In an emergency, call 911. For an urgent security matter, call 855-823-3336. The line is answered 24 hours a day by our AI intake assistant, which takes your details so an agent can follow up. Please do not use the form for something happening now.
