Who uses traffic and parking control?
Event and wedding planners, venue and property managers, private schools and campuses, general contractors and site superintendents, houses of worship with busy service times, and hosts of large private events at a home or estate. Private property and private events
Our work takes place on private property and at private events. Directing traffic on public streets is typically reserved for police or requires permits and local approval. Where an event or site affects public roads, we coordinate with whatever arrangements are in place rather than replacing them.

The goal is the same everywhere: vehicles in and out without backups, and people on foot kept clear of moving cars. What changes is the setting and the schedule.
Events and weddings
Guests arriving at once, often after dark and often unfamiliar with the site. We direct cars to the right lots, manage overflow, keep drop-off lanes moving, and plan the end of the night when everyone leaves together. Pairs with event security and wedding security.
Campuses and pick-up lines
Morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up put a lot of cars and children in a small space. We support the school's own process, directing the line on campus and watching crossings, while the school keeps control of dismissal and who goes home with whom.
Construction sites
Gate control, delivery scheduling, and keeping unauthorized vehicles and people out of the work area. Useful when a site has tight access, frequent deliveries, or neighbors who are affected by trucks coming and going.
Productions and properties
Crew and equipment parking, base camp access, and keeping a private property's drive or lot clear for the people who need it. For shoots, this works alongside production security and the production's own locations team.
How do you plan traffic and parking for an event or site?
Good traffic control is mostly planning. Before the day, we study how vehicles enter, park, and leave, where guests or students are dropped off, where people walk, and which fire lanes and emergency routes must stay open. Staff are then placed where decisions happen, such as entrances, lot turns, and crossings, with signage, lighting, and radio contact agreed in advance.
Working with valet, venues, and police
Many events already have a valet company, a venue with its own parking rules, or a shuttle service. We work with them instead of around them, agreeing in advance who controls which area. When an event or site touches public streets, any police detail, permit, or local traffic plan takes the lead, and our staff support it from the private side. Our staff do not have police powers and do not direct traffic on public roads unless a proper arrangement is in place. Pedestrian safety
Most problems in a lot involve people on foot: guests walking between rows, children at a pick-up line, crew crossing a delivery path. We plan walkways and crossings, keep them staffed at busy moments, and make sure emergency vehicles can always get through. A medical emergency or a crash goes to 911, and our staff direct responders to the right place and keep the area clear.

Traffic and parking control can stand on its own or run alongside other coverage. Our security officers can hold posts at the entrance or on the grounds, and the same team can cover parking and the event itself so there is one point of contact for the day.
